I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. Creating a genuine, trusting connection with clients is central to my work, and I’m honored to walk alongside people during some of their most difficult moments. I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals through periods of struggle, transition, and change.

I work with people through the uncertainty that life can bring... whether things feel like they are growing, ending, or somewhere in-between.

Some of my work includes mental health therapy for Women’s Health Issues, including cycle-related mood and emotional patterns such as PMDD, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder, as well as relationship therapy for all relational styles including monogamy, polyamory and ENM, and therapy with children (ages 6-12) and teenagers. I can’t recommend Kelsey enough. She creates a safe, calm, and supportive space where I always feel comfortable being honest and open. She’s thoughtful, encouraging, and helps me process things in a way that feels manageable and productive. I’ve grown so much through working with her, and I’m truly grateful for her guidance.
