Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy in Orange County

I support clients through the messy middle of relationships...whether you’re building connection, ending it, or somewhere in-between. My work centers around communication, boundaries, repair after conflict, jealousy, desire and closeness. I have particular experience working with clients in non-traditional relationship structures, to help navigate agreements, emotional safety, and uncertainty. I also specialize in Women's Health concerns.

How do you work with clients?

Sessions are 50 minutes. I have advanced training in Narrative therapy and specialize in relational issues, as well as women's health. I sometimes write therapeutic letters from my session notes and our conversation. Clients often find these meaningful to reflect on between sessions. These contain your words, as well as follow-up questions from me or things I was thinking about after our session.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

I offer In-person sessions at California Family Institute in Costa Mesa at 2900 Bristol St. Sessions are available virtually over Zoom for clients across California.
