About Kelsey

ABOUT ME
I'm a therapist in Costa Mesa, bringing non-judgment, genuineness and a client-centered approach to those who seek my help. My experiences in both research and in life allow me to walk alongside my clients through their life's struggles. I've navigated relationship challenges, grief and loss, and spent 10 years in both Northern and Southern Europe, marked by joy and diverse challenges that come with being an expatriate.
WAY OF WORK
I work with a non-pathologizing approach, always honoring the unique knowledge and abilities you have about your life. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, my approach is grounded in non-judgment and support. I truly believe we are all more than a single story or label, and we are able to make different choices than in the past. I help you explore your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and create steps toward the future you are hoping for. If you'd like to learn more about my work, feel free to check out my blog!
