About Kelsey

I am a therapist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, offering both virtual and in-person sessions in Carlsbad Village. I'm passionate about helping people who struggle with relationships, trusting themselves, and healing from trauma. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in fear, hurt, or uncertainty. I help clients tap into their agency and create meaningful change that they're hoping for.
ABOUT ME
Spending 10 years in Spain and the Netherlands taught me the importance of community, understanding different perspectives, vulnerability, constant change, and hard lessons in love. Alongside my work as a therapist, I spend a lot of time in the ocean surfing, climb, and make pottery.
WAY OF WORK
I work with a non-pathologizing approach, always honoring the unique knowledge and abilities you have about your life. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, my approach is grounded in non-judgment and support. I truly believe we are all more than a single story or label, and we are able to make different choices than in the past. I help you explore your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and create steps toward the future you are hoping for. If you'd like to learn more about my work, feel free to check out my blog!
