ABOUT ME

With a background in psychology and environmental science—and after ten years living in Europe—I followed my lifelong dream of becoming a therapist, supported and mentored by Dr. Chris Hoff. As well, having several women's health conditions (Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PMDD), motivated me to become a therapist, as I was always seeking a therapist who understood how these issues can affect your life and relationships.

Importantly, spending 10 years in Spain and the Netherlands taught me the importance of community, understanding different perspectives, vulnerability, constant change, and hard lessons in love. Alongside my work as a therapist, I spend a lot of time in the ocean surfing, climb, make pottery, and have long coffee chats with loved ones.

WAY OF WORK
I work with a non-pathologizing approach, always honoring the unique knowledge and abilities you have about your life. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, my approach is grounded in non-judgment and support. I truly believe we are all more than a single story or label, and we are able to make different choices than in the past. I help you explore your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and create steps toward the future you are hoping for. If you'd like to learn more about my work, feel free to check out my blog!
