I am a therapist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, offering both virtual and in-person sessions in Costa Mesa, California. I'm passionate about helping people who struggle with relationships, trusting themselves, and healing from trauma. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in fear, hurt, or uncertainty. I help clients figure out the decisions they want to make and create meaningful change that they're hoping for.

How do you work with clients?
Sessions are 50 minutes. I have advanced training in Narrative therapy and specialize in relational issues, as well as women's health. Working with a non-pathologizing approach, I always honor the unique knowledge and abilities you have about your life. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, my approach is grounded in non-judgment and support. I truly believe we are all more than a single story or label, and we are able to make different choices than in the past. I help you explore your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and create steps toward the future you are hoping for.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
In-person sessions will take place at California Family Institute at 2900 Bristol St., Costa Mesa. Sessions are available virtually over Zoom for clients across California.
What are your fees?
$175 for 50-minute sessions. I reserve a number of sliding scale spots based on financial need, so please reach out, everyone deserves care.

I offer a free 15-minute phone or zoom consultation prior to our first appointment. During this call, we can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and answer any questions you may have. After this call, we will schedule your first 50-minute in-person or telehealth session.
