Therapy for Women's Health Issues: professional expertise & lived experience

What to expect:

  • Emotional resilience: Finding ways to stay grounded, supported, and hopeful, even when symptoms flare or treatment feels like a maze.

  • Reclaiming agency: Clarifying your priorities so you feel in charge of your health journey, not just reacting to it.

  • Processing trauma: Creating space to unpack past experiences and how they might still be impacting you now.

Support for wherever you are in your journey

I was diagnosed with endometriosis in my early 20s and have spent over a decade navigating medical systems, collaborating with doctors and specialists, and researching different approaches to healing and management. Along the way, I’ve gathered hard-earned knowledge about what helps, what to expect, and how to advocate for yourself when you feel dismissed or unheard.
