PMS & PMDD Support Group
Free monthly support group to help you with your experience of intense PMS and PMDD.
If your mood, energy, or sense of self seem to shift dramatically throughout your cycle, you’re not alone. Living with PMDD or intense PMS can feel unpredictable — like every month, parts of life get interrupted or taken over by something outside your control.

PMS & PMDD Group: Professional expertise & lived experience
Who this is for:
This group is designed to help you better understand your cycle, track your patterns, and build strategies for navigating those harder weeks with more clarity and self-compassion. Together, we’ll look at what’s happening, identify what support you need most, and create a plan that actually fits your life.
You don’t need to just “get through it” each month. With awareness and practical tools, it’s possible to feel more steady, supported, and in charge of your wellbeing across your whole cycle.
This PMDD/PMS support group may be a good fit if you want to:
-
Understand your mood and energy shifts and what they’re telling you
-
Unpack how to support each phase of your cycle
-
Strengthen communication with partners, friends, or coworkers during harder weeks
-
Learn evidence-informed ways to ease symptoms naturally
This is a support group — more structured and solution-focused than therapy — and open to anyone wanting more agency and ease around their hormonal cycle.
Support for wherever you are in your journey
I was diagnosed with endometriosis and PMDD in my early 20s and have spent over a decade navigating medical systems, collaborating with doctors and specialists, and researching different approaches to healing and management. Along the way, I’ve gathered hard-earned knowledge about what helps, what to expect, and how to advocate for yourself when you feel dismissed or unheard. As a therapist, I work mainly with women so my coaching blends my professional expertise with lived experience.

📅 We'll meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm. 2025 dates remaining: November 18th and December 16th.
📍 Where: Zoom

About Kelsey Wilson, MSc, MA, APCC
Hi, I’m Kelsey Wilson — a therapist specializing in supporting women navigating complex health journeys & relationship challenges. It took me 12 years to get diagnosed with endometriosis (as well as adenomyosis & PMDD) and so much pain, struggle, lost relationships and grief along the way.
I know how isolating women's health issues can feel, because I live with the symptoms of endo every day and know the power of being supported by those who have been there.
