About Kelsey Wilson, MSc, MA, APCC
I am a therapist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, offering both virtual and in-person sessions in Carlsbad Village. I'm passionate about helping people who struggle with relationships, trusting themselves, and healing from trauma. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in fear, hurt, or uncertainty. I help clients tap into their agency and create meaningful change that they're hoping for.
Spending 10 years in Spain and the Netherlands taught me the importance of community, understanding different perspectives, vulnerability, constant change, and hard lessons in love. I picked up a lot of communication ideas from Dutch culture!
